what coaching looks like
Recovery doesn’t happen only in therapy or in a dietitian’s office. It happens in the everyday moments—the meals, the thoughts, the fears, the little wins. My role as a coach is to be the bridge between clinical and non-clinical support—complementing the work you do in treatment with real-life accountability, encouragement, and honest guidance. Coaching gives you support in the moments that often fall between appointments, not just once a week, but as life is unfolding.
Coaching packages
With me, you’ll have access to ongoing support through Voxer (a secure texting and voice messaging app). I’m available 5 days a week, 8 hours a day—you can reach out when challenges, questions, or victories come up. I’ll respond within a set window of time, so our conversation can flow naturally throughout your day.
